Noventi is a venture capital firm focusing on early-stage technology investments, based in Silicon Valley. It was founded in 2002 by Giacomo Marini and was previously known as CIR Ventures (or Cypress Ventures).
The Noventi team includes:Giacomo Marini, James Horn, Masa Ishii, Pierluigi Zappacosta.
Noventi manages CIR Ventures, a venture capital fund sponsored by CIR Group, a leading Italian diversified industrial holding company, and part of the De Benedetti Group, and Noventi Fund II, a technology venture fund focused on energy and environmental applications. Fund II is anchored by Sorgenia, a company of CIR Group.
The Noventi team brings a strong combination of venture investing and operational experience. Utilizing an entrepreneurial approach to venture investing, the team favors innovation, a team approach and capital efficiency as key elements of portfolio company success.
