The Nova Southeastern University College of Medical Sciences is part of the Health Professions Division.

For those students wishing to improve their academic credentials in the medical sciences, the College of Medical Sciences offers a two year program of study leading to a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences. Each student's program is individually tailored to meet the student's needs and aspirations. Those enrolled in this program take basic science courses similar to those offered within the Health Professions Division during their first year. During the second year, students continue their program of general studies.

The Master of Biomedical Sciences degree program is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
