Nova Scotia Route 329 is a Nova Scotia provincial collector road that is 38 kilometers long that runs along the shore of the Aspotogan Peninsula between Hubbards on Nova Scotia Highway 3 and East River on Nova Scotia Highway 3 in Lunenburg County.
