Nova Scotia Route 223 is a Nova Scotia collector road on Cape Breton Island.
It runs from North Sydney in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality to Aberdeen in Inverness County at Highway 105.
The highway crosses the Bras d'Or Lake at Barra Strait on a large bridge between Iona and Grand Narrows (until 1992 this was served by a ferry). It also crosses the lake at St. Patricks Channel on a cable ferry in the community of Little Narrows.
