"Nothing Broken but My Heart" was the second Céline Dion's single written by Diane Warren. It was produced by Walter Afanasieff.
The music video was made for the edit version of the single, because the original track lasted almost six minutes. This video was released in August 1992 and features actors practicing the Romeo and Juliet play.
"Nothing Broken but My Heart" was the second Dion's single which reached #1 position on Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks in the U.S (this time for one week). The song peaked at #19 in Canada and #29 in the United States (#35 on the Hot 100 Airplay and #49 on the Hot 100 Singles Sales). According to Nielsen SoundScan, the single sold 145,000 copies in the U.S.
"Nothing Broken but My Heart" was remade by R&B artist, Tracie Spencer in 1999.
