Not So Tough Now was released in July 1996 and is the follow up to Frenzal Rhomb's debut album Coughing up a Storm. This was the last album to feature Ben Costello on guitar, who was replaced by Lindsay McDougall not long after the release of this album. The secret track at the end of the album is said to be a song about his departure.
