[edit] "non-borrowing" status

The following line gave the impression that materials in the NYCL are not available for loan: Unlike the majority of branches in the Toronto Public Library system they are non-borrowing institutions. This is certainly not true, only items marked as Reference face this restriction, and they make up perhaps 1% of NYCL's collection.
