[edit] Neighborhoods in North Bethesda

I've edited the list to change "Garrett Park" to "Garrett Park Estates." Garrett Park proper is an incorporated town and is therefore not part of the North Bethesda (or any other) CDP. Garrett Park Estates, however, is unincorporated and is part of the North Bethesda CDP. Doctor Whom 23:50, 28 September 2005 (UTC)

As one who grew up in Garrett Park Estates, I can confirm this to be accurate. john k 00:13, 29 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Twinbrook Metro

According to the map I am looking at, Twinbrook metro station seems to lie exactly on the border between Rockville and North Bethesda. In any case, it is obviously the station of choice for residents at the northern end of the place. nadav 09:45, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Upon examining Google Earth, it is clear that the boundary between Rockville and North Bethesda is concurrent with the Amtrak tracks there. Thus the Twinbrook station building is in Rockville, but its east exit parking and kiss & ride are in North Bethesda. These technicalites, however, are irrelavent: obviously, people who live in the northern end of North Bethesda prefer to use this station since it is the closest. This is the intended meaning of "serves the area". nadav 10:48, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
