Maybe someone would like to elaborate on what's world leading with their internet bank? - Done.

A: The number of customers. We are meassured in the number of customers the biggest internet bank in the world. This can be explained through several factors. 1) We are the largest bank in Scandinavia. 2) The ratio of internet users in Scandinavia is high. 3) Labour cost is Scandinavia is high, making automation of bank tasks more profitable. 4) Automation has in Scandinavia traditionaly been done through the Internet, the customers are used to and expect Internet services. In other regions like for instance Spain, automation has been done through very advanced ATMs

Citibank claims to 15 mill. online customers, so maybe Scandinavias largest, or even Europes larges.. but the world.. doubt it. --Sneaking Viper 04:51, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps Nordea are measuring this as a percentage? eg HSBC have 25million customers registered for internet banking, but that is out of 125million customers, so 20% against Nordea's 45%. Ian3055 14:35, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps it's measured in the number of transactions. More online transactions per customer
