Norwich and Peterborough Building Society is the largest mutual in East Anglia and Lincolnshire, with assets of £3.6bn. It was formed by the merger of the Norwich, and Peterborough Building Societies in 1987.
The society offers a wide range of financial services and advice to its 470,000 customers through 55 high street branches, via a telephone Contact Centre in Peterborough and over the Internet. The society employs 1,000 staff, and 400 of these are based at the Head Office in Lynch Wood, Peterborough.
