Norwegian Sun is a cruise ship operated by Norwegian Cruise Line. She entered service in 2001 in a dual christening ceremony with Norwegian Star. She was constructed at Meyer Werft Shipyard in Bremerhaven, Germany.

Norwegian Sun is the third and final ship of this design. She was preceded by Norwegian Sky (entered service in 1999, relaunched as Pride of Aloha in 2004); and Costa Victoria (entered service in 1996).

Norwegian Sun is currently spending her summer months in Alaska and will position to New Orleans in the fall of 2006 for 5 and 7 day Caribbean sailings. Plans call for her to sail 10 and 11 day cruises out of Honolulu beginning in September of 2007.
