Norton Rose

Norton Rose is a leading international law firm with its principal office in the City of London, England. In 2004 it was the 66th largest law firm in the world by revenue. Norton Rose has offices in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. [1].
The firm is particularly renowned for its expertise in negotiation of complex transactions involving financing of "big ticket" assets (aircraft, ships and railcar fleets), large construction and infrastructure projects (toll roads, power generation stations, hospitals and private/public partnership projects) and international mergers and acquisitions.
