Northumbria Flying School

Northumbria Flying School is a division of Newcastle Airport which trains people to fly and get their PPL (Private Pilots Licence). The Flying School was founded in April 2005 after the previous flight school, Newcastle Aero Club, had financial issues.^{[citation needed]} The base has 6 different light aircrafts and they are:-

Piper Warrior (G-BUIF, G-BRJV, G-BMUZ)
Piper Cherokee (G-BAWK)
Cessna 150 (G-BRLR)
