Northern Virginia Royals are an American soccer team, founded in 1998. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Mid-Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference against teams from Charleston, Fredericksburg, Ocean City, Reading, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Wilmington.

The Royals play their home games in the stadium at Forest Park High School in Woodbridge, Virginia. The team's colors are blue, gold and white.

Throughout their recent history, the Royals have enjoyed minor league affiliation with D.C. United, the nearby Major League Soccer franchise. In addition to the PDL team, the Royals’ parent organisation, NoVa FC, also controls the Northern Virginia Majestics W-League side, a Futsal league, and numerous youth leagues.
