Northern Territory Oil Limited is an Australian junior oil explorer. Incorporated in September 2004, the company is in the process of listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.

The company has interests in the Clay County regular oil field in northern Texas, USA as well as in the Perth Basin in Western Australia and the Georgina Basin in Australia Northern Territory.
