Northern Huvadhu Atoll or Gaafu Alifu is an administrative district in the Maldives created in the 1970s when Huvadhu Atoll was divided into two districts. Gaafu Alifu corresponds to the northeastern section of this large natural Atoll.

The capital of this district is Vilingili.
