North Houston Baptist School is an independent, fundamental Baptist private school in Houston, Texas. It is run by North Houston Baptist Church.

According to the website, "North Houston Baptist School was founded in 1972 as a ministry of North Houston Baptist Church." It is claimed by some that the Christian Commedian Mark Lowry once attended this school.

The previous principal was Thad Todd. Until further notice, the principal of the school will be John Bray. Before Thad Todd, Carl Hodges was principal at the school.

According to their website, their mission statement is "North Houston Baptist School exists as an instrument of North Houston Baptist Church to assist and encourage parents in the training of their children in the truth of God's Word. North Houston Baptist School desires that each child come to know, love and reflect the Lord Jesus Christ. By instructing through academics and extracurricular activities, we give young people the tools necessary to prepare themselves for a life of ministry and usefulness to God. Students are challenged daily to progressively grow in the knowledge of their Lord and Savior."
