North Hills Senior High School is a suburban high school located near the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The school's mascot is the Indians and its official colors are red and white.

North Hills Senior High School has had a storied football tradition in quad Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) play. Its program was number #1 in the country in 1987 and it won the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Championship in 1993.

Famous football alumni from the high school include current New York Giants linebacker and former Penn State football star LaVar Arrington, former Buffalo Bills safety Mark Kelso, and former University of Pittsburgh quarterback Eric Kasperowicz.

The school's band is very well respected, being one of only a very few high school bands to participate in the inauguration ceremony of President George W. Bush. The band also has the distinction of playing at the AFC Divisional Championship on December 23, 1972 during which the Immaculate Reception, the most famous of all NFL football plays, occurred.

North Hills Senior High School is well known for its computer-aided design laboratory and coursework, which rivals that of many colleges.

The school also hosts K3NHC which is one of the most active high school ham radio clubs in the country. K3NHC prepares several students each year for VE examinations and it particpates in the ARRL School Club Round-Up every year. The club has performed very well throughout its history, having had several top three finishes in recent years.
