North Harrow is a residential area of North West Outer London. Despite its name, it is actually to the north-west of central Harrow. It has grown outwards from the North Harrow tube station which is on the Metropolitan Line which runs from Baker Street to Watford. It is one stop away from Harrow town centre. It has a large non-English population which consists largely of ethnic groups from the Indian subcontinent and of Eastern Europeans. There is a muslim community centre there, a popular place of meeting for the many muslims of Harrow. North Harrow is also one of the better areas of Harrow, in terms of safety and quality of education of its schools.

It is a part of the Harrow West parliamentary constituency with Labour Party (UK) MP Gareth Thomas.

There is a stately home called Headstone Manor as well as Harrow Museum and Heritage Centre which is based in Headstone Manor Recreation Ground.
