Following their review into parliamentary representation in Bedfordshire, the Boundary Commission for England has made only minor changes to the existing constituencies.

The electoral wards of the North East Bedfordshire seat from the 2009 or 2010 election are:

  • From Bedford, Bromham, Carlton, Clapham, Eastcotts, Great Barford, Harrold, Oakley, Riseley, Roxton and Sharnbrook
  • From Mid Bedfordshire, Arlesey, Biggleswade Holme, Biggleswade Ivel, Biggleswade Stratton, Langford and Henlow Village, Northill and Blunham, Potton and Wensley, Sandy Ivel, Sandy Pinnacle and Stotfold.
