Norma Ray

- Norma Ray (legal name Sylvie N'Doumbé) is a French singer born March 21, 1980. She is married to Cameroon soccer star François N'Doumbé.
- In Disney's animated television series Darkwing Duck, the Norma Ray is a device created for S.H.U.S.H. by Dr. Sarah Bellum that bombards the brain with "norma particles", giving whatever individual is touched by its beam a variety of psychic powers. These powers range from telekinesis to pyrokinesis to the ability to see the future. However, in order to gain these powers, the target of the ray must not be actively thinking about anything during exposure, or they risk destruction(via a Scanners-like head explosion). The Norma Ray was sought by F.O.W.L., and stolen from S.H.U.S.H.'s secret lab in the Swiss Alps by agents under the command of Major Synapse. It is presumed to have been destroyed along with Synapse's headquarters.
