Noriaki Sugiyama

Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山紀彰 Sugiyama Noriaki?) (March 9-) is a Japanese seiyū and television actor. He is affectionately known as Non-tan by his fans.[citation needed] Non-tan was a nickname given to him by Junko Takeuchi, on the radio show Naruto Nippon which aired in Japan.[citation needed] He's since released an album called 'on the way'.
