Noreen Young

Noreen Isabel Young, C.M. (born September 11, 1952)[1] is a Canadian producer and puppteer, and also is actively involved in the puppeteering business through her corporation, Noreen Young Productions.

Raised in Almonte, Ontario, Young created, produced, and starred as Gloria Gopher on the hit family television-series Under the Umbrella Tree, which aired both in the United States (on the Disney Channel) and Canada (on the CBC and YTV).

She was also the puppeteer for a character on Sesame Park, the Canadian version of Sesame Street.

Young also starred in the second Care Bears television special, 1984's The Care Bears Battle the Freeze Machine.
