Nordic blading

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nordic blading is a sport which uses special poles and inline skates to train the upper body. It is much like Nordic walking, the only difference being that skates are used in Nordic blading. The benefits of Nordic blading are similar to that of cross-country skiing. Nordic Blading has also been proven to be safer than inline skating[citation needed] as the poles give the user stability. By using the poles, the user can also expect to develop upper body strength and endurance.
