Nordic Championships

The Nordic Championships are an annual invitational elite figure skating competition, open only to skaters from Nordic countries. Skaters compete in four disciplines: ladies singles, men's singles, pairs, and ice dancing. Skaters compete in three levels: senior (Olympic-level), junior, and novice. Prominent Nordic champions include 1920 Olympic gold medalist Magda Julin. The 2007 competition will take place in Helsinki, February 9th to 11th.
