Noragugume is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 110 km north of Cagliari and about 35 km west of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 363 and an area of 26.8 km².^[1]

Noragugume borders the following municipalities: Bolotana, Dualchi, Ottana, Sedilo, Silanus.
