I am the original creator of this image as to its design. I originally uploaded it in JPG format. It was translated into the current SVG format by Zscout370. I am not sure why this was done, but it doesn't bother me. Also, I agree that it should be public domain. I am writing this for the purpose of claiming authorship of design. As is obvious, it is a Nordic cross design (giving reference to Nordic or Teutonic ancestry), with colors relating to the flag of the Republic of Ireland (giving reference to Celtic ancestry).
