The Noisy Friarbird, Philemon corniculatus is a friarbird that inhabits much of New Guinea and eastern Australia. Its black head is completely bald.

It is sometimes known as a "Leatherhead" (Child care worker, Tin Can Bay, Queensland, 2006)
