NOCC, is an open-source Webmail program written in PHP, and is free software under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.

NOCC is capable of connecting to either IMAP or POP3 mail servers, and can send messages via either sendmail or an SMTP server. It has considerable internationalization support, and as of July 27, 2006, has been translated into 36 languages. It also provides support for various themes, and uses valid XHTML 1.1 for cross-platform compatibility. (A complete list of features is available from the project's homepage.) [1]
