[edit] Hold Me Down: Rudeness
I have checked your history, you have added numerous fake pictures and deleted true information posted by other users. Hold Me Down was voted the 3rd most popular Danity Kane song on a poll on their MySpace, making it their third single. Please do not tell people that they are wrong when they are talking about something you have no idea of, that's rude. I tried to post the link to the poll but it is no longer available on their MySpace blog, I will track it down and post it. Next time, please do not remove someone's article without permission. You are not a moderator, Noboyo.
Thank-you. Andy4BEP
How would you like it if I looked over all of your posts that you spent a long time collecting information for and deleted them? You know what, you bore me too. And its clear you seem to spend too much time on this site, so i'll let you do whatever you want on it, shall I?

[edit] "Sophomore", date links, edit summaries
The use of the term "sophomore" in music articles is deprecated because most non-U.S. readers don't know what it means; we typically use "second" instead. Please do not insert links to month-years and solitary years such as 2007 and February 2007, as I've asked you before; only dates containing the day of the month should be linked (e.g. February 18 and February 18, 2007). See Wikipedia:Only make links that are relevant to the context and Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers). Lastly, please remember to use edit summaries for edits other than minor things such as typo corrections and formatting. Myself and other editors have asked you this before, so you not writing edit summaries may be seen as an attempt on your part to mislead other editors and concealing major edits. This applies to reverting other users in particular. Also, if you do a major edit that really improves an article, nobody reading the edit history would know it was you, so writing edit summaries does yourself a huge favour. Thanks. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Malcolmo (talk • contribs) 21:23, 19 February 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Upgrade U
Why is Upgrade U not an official single, when the video is going to be released??? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OU3a8jDNQU&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fkevipodmusic%2Eblogspot%2Ecom%2F —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 217.224.49.146 (talk) 22:30, 28 February 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Archive
Regarding user talk pages, it is best to not delete notices, but instead, to archive them. You will find how to do this at Wikipedia:How to archive a talk page. Actively erasing non-harassing personal messages is often interpreted as hostile. In the past, this kind of behavior has been viewed as uncivil. For this reason, if your deletion of notices and concerns on your user talk page is to keep the "clutter" down, I suggest that you instead create archives for these messages. --Geniac 18:39, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Upgrade U
If LeToya Lucketts Single chronology can include two promotional singles ("You Got What I Need" & "All Eyes on Me (LeToya song)") then why cant this promotional single be added?Ratizi1 01:57, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] PCD (album)
With all respect, you're at each other's throats over formatting. This can't be the most healthy thing to get worked up about, so would you be willing to, say, put it to a vote, or other way of moving forward, and try to get on amicably over your shared interest in Rhythm and Blues? [edit] Beautiful Liar
I've reverted your edit to the article Beautiful Liar; the image was properly sourced. ShadowHalo 14:36, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
- What source was that? I must admit that Googling produced no sign of this cover except on iTunes; could this be their version rather than the actual cover? --Mel Etitis (Talk) 14:55, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
- Even if it is the iTunes cover, it's an official cover for the single. Either way, it looks like there are two other covers out now: [1][2]. ShadowHalo 22:53, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

This is for edit warring on Danity Kane, Danity Kane (album), and PCD (album) after an intervention and mediation to try and settle it. Adam Cuerden talk 21:17, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
I do appreciate your language problem, but things are turning rather bad over there, and I think that the only way forward is to be rigidly equal. If all else fails, set up a vote, or hold back and see if someone else reverts. Adam Cuerden talk 21:20, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] How to deal with this
Since ye asked for my advice on what to do about the editing problems: The best thing to do is get consensus. Once consensus is gotten to one of the two styles, it's reasonable to revert changes against consensus. The easy way to get consensus is to use WP:RFC, and put up a notice in related wikiprojects, guidelines, and active pages on that music genre. Set up a poll, and if there's overwhelming support for one side, as - I really don't know the music side of wikipedia well, I'm just trying to prevent edit wars, which are never good - anyway, if there's provably overwhelming support for one style, then that can be pointed to. If strong consensus is provable, then if one side continues to push his views, they are provably in the wrong. As it is, it's almost entirely between you two. Have a look at WP:STRAW and WP:CANVAS for advice on these. You probably can ignore the part about spending several days on agreeing on wording for the poll - noone ever does that. Just don't attack the other fellow with all the letters and numbers while writing it - be fair. Here's a good template:
- I think we should go with this style: (example), which is supported by [guideline], [evidence of it being a convention]. He thinks this style (example) is better because (provide reasons, taken from his comments. Don't comment on his reasons.) What does everyone else think? Please vote as well as commenting, so we can reach a consensus and move past this.
Adam Cuerden talk 23:57, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
Also, whatever you do, do NOT revert him before you gain consensus. If someone else does it, fine, but don't let it be you. If you've done it before you read this, revert yourself. Adam Cuerden talk 15:09, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Warning
If you continue to revert improvements to articles, with no explanation, you will be blocked from editing for disruption. As all of my edits were in line with the MoS, our policy on the use of images, and the relevant WikiProjects, it's difficult to see what your problem is. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 17:50, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

- There are, I'm afraid — and they all need changing. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 18:06, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
It's not a matter of ordering; they all use fair-use images in a non-fair-use way, as well containing a huge number of other formatting errors. --Mel Etitis (Talk) 18:12, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
