Nobuo Nashiro (名城 信男, born October 12, 1981 in Nara, Japan) is a professional boxer in the Super flyweight (115 lb) division. His record is 9-0 (5 KOs). He is the current WBA world super flyweight champion.
On 3 April 2005, Nashiro defeated Seiji Tanaka. Tanaka died from his injuries 12 days later.[1] On July 22, 2006, Nashiro, in just his eighth professional bout, beat Martín Castillo by TKO for the WBA super flyweight title[1] on cuts in 10 rounds in Osaka, Japan.
