Noah Buschel

Noah Buschel was born May 31, 1978. He grew up in downtown Manhattan. Ordained a Zen priest in 2002 by Roshi Pat "Enkyo" O'Hara of The White Plum Asanga.

• Writer/Director of Bringing Rain starring Adrian Grenier, Larisa Oleynik, Paz de la Huerta, Niesha Butler, Alexis Dziena, Merritt Wever, and Ryan Donowho. Produced by Belladonna Productions, Bringing Rain premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and had it's international premiere at the Montreal World Film Festival.

• Writer/Director of Neal Cassady starring Tate Donovan, Glenn Fitzgerald, Liza Weil, Amy Ryan, Chris Bauer, Shareeka Epps,Josh Pais, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Brendan Sexton, Hanna R. Hall and Josh Hamilton. Produced by Jean Doumanian Productions.

• Lives with the actress, Merritt Wever.

• Won First Prize Directorial Debut at the Rhode Island International Film Festival for Bringing Rain (2003)
