Noah Alba (August 1969-April 14, 1971). Noah was 20 months old when he was kidnapped and murdered in San Francisco,California on April 14,1971. His kidnappers beat him with their feet,fists, a brick,and left his body tied to a makeshift cross in the basement of a vacant building half a mile away from the park where they met him. Noah's killers where two brothers,Robert (Bobby) and William (Billy),only 7 and 10 years old.Both of them were never charged in Noah's case;instead,they were removed from their home and given years of intensive thereapy.
