No Me Queda Mas

"No Me Queda Mas" (English: There's nothing left for me) is the second number-one single released from Selena's hit album Amor Prohibido. The song was number one on the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart for seven weeks.
Two versions of this song were recorded by Selena. The instrumentation for the original version (which only exists on the first pressings of Amor Prohibido) consisted only of guitars, trumpets, and a harmonica during the musical bridge. The second version (used for mainstream release to Latin radio) had a small orchestra, with a newly-added string section and less focus on the guitars.
The music video for "No Me Queda Mas" was shot entirely in San Antonio, Texas. The staircase scene was shot at the Amtrakrailroad station; the wedding scene at the Botanical gardens; the restaurant scene at Michellino's on the riverwalk. The staircase was also used to shoot the fashion show scene in the movie Selena
The song was written by Ricky Vela about Selena's sister, Suzette.[citation needed] He had a crush on her, but after she met her husband Billy, Vela wrote the song.
