No Experienced Required is an Irish RTE reality television series that debuted on RTÉ Two in February 2006.

The first season consisted of 6 episodes. The series offered 3 individuals with no experience in the relevant fields the opportunity to win the job of their dreams. In each episode the 3 finalists would partake in 2 weeks work experience and the finalist who impressed the employer the most would secure a six month contract with the firm. Jobs on the line were Journalist, Chef, Sports Trader, Fashion Buyer, Interior Designer, and Advertising Creative.

Season 2 begins in March 2007.

RTE 2 also air a transition year version if the show, which is poen to students who are going into Transition Year, currently in Transition year and recently completed Transition Year. The First series covered

• Hotel Managment
• Public Relations
• Radio
• Engineering
• Physiotherapy

Instead of a job contract, the winners gain an extra week of work experience and also an opportunity to 'create contacts' in the business.

Auditions for the second season are taking place soon. The career paths are:

• Occupational therapy
• Architecture
• Fashion design
• Journalism
• Law
