No. 214 Squadron RAF

No. 214 Squadron is a unit of the Royal Air Force.
214 Squadron operated as part of 100 Group during WWII. The squadron flew modified Boeing B17G Flying Fortress bombers (RAF designation Fortress III) on special operations to jam and interfere with German nightfighter operations.
It operated the Vickers Valiant from RAF Marham, from 21 January 1956 until 28 February 1965.
