NOÖ Journal is a quarterly literary and political magazine that appears online and in print. It publishes short fiction, flash fiction, poetry, art showcases and topical essays. The print edition is distributed throughout Northern California and Southern Oregon. Authors published in NOÖ Journal include both notable fiction writers and poets, such as Richard Grayson and Oswald LeWinter, and first-time authors. The first issue appeared in July, 2005.
