To NL an Interwiki link, but No Link to a English Wikipedia article.

If the English Wikipedia article exists the interwiki link is only needed on that page. If it does not exist, there can be a "red link". In both cases this template is not applicable. This template typically applies in the case the page is a redirect, linking back.
