This image shows a caterpillar of Red Pierrot Talicada nyseus, embedded in a leaf of the host-plant Kalanchoe by use of back-lighting. This image has been shot by Mr Nandan Kalbag (ntkalbag_at_hotmail,com) and donated to Wikimedia Commons for use with the Indian butterflies wikibase in Wikipedia.See his web site at :- http://www.gardentia.net/ The image has been uploaded by Nature Loader with specific permission of Mr Nandan Kalbag.
