NITIE is one of the most premier institutes of management education in India and is widely considered to be one of the toughest to get in MBA program in the world. NITIE has frequently been rated as one of the top ten business schools in India.

Prerana , a Premier B School event in India , want some update on what are the latest editions to it is

I firmly believe that NITIE page shouldn't be deleted. It is the only page dedicated to one of the most premier b-schools in India and I strongly oppose the idea to delete it

Can we get a reference which confirms that NITIE is an Institute of National Importance? It would also be helpful to have a page that gives a list of all the Institutes of National Importance related to India.
