[edit] Power output numbers need cleaning

Why are some of the engines listed with both HP and PS, some with NM, and some with just PS? This article needs the power outputs to be listed in a consistent manner, preferable with both HP and PS, as well as NM and FT/LBS listed.

For example VQ23DE It must mean 173PS. 173PS are 170HPs. I have write a few of this things. I have take it from Japanese sources, because they have PS. And if we write HP or PS in clips, where can we write the KWs? Or we write in the introduction: “Achievements are indicated in HP (NET)” or so similarly.

[edit] New V6

There are two new engines. VQ25HR and VQ35HR. (SULEV) First use in the G35/Skyline. In autumn 2006...More can i not say.

[edit] Malaysia Road Tax

If you drive a car with this engine in Malaysia, your roadtax will set you off a cool US$1100 a year!

Could we rephrase this to make it sound more... I dunno, encylopedic? Otherwise, let's erase it.--Raguleader 05:38, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] VQ45DE came in the new Frontiers

I am very supprised no one has flagged this. The VQ45DET is not the only 4.5L in the series. The VQ45DE engines came in the Frontiers and the Nismo editions are supercharged.

== GT-R is rumored to have 3 different engines?

This is ridiculous. I was pretty sure that the actual engine specs for this car were already released... If they have been released, then we don't need the 3 references

There is no VQ45DE Only a VQ40DE. What you think is the VK45DE.

[edit] Possibilities

There are so many Possibilities Nissan can do with the VQs. They can make a LPG, natural gas or an diesel version. And when comes VEL (in this engines)? :) And how many PS are possible with the new "strong-block"? :D —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.164.214.81 (talk) 01:17, 7 March 2007 (UTC).
