The title song, swatantrata (स्वतन्त्रता), is based on facts. Swatantrata means freedom. This song is about a child who is a prisoner by birth. The story behind the song is - a young girl who is from a poor family trying to live her harsh life encounters a lusty man who tried to rape her. In the fight for life she kills the man and ends up in jail for lifetime. There too, she is not spared. She is raped and gives birth to a child. This song calls for that child to realise that he has nothing to do with all this and that he is a free man. It tells him to fight for freedom.
