Niskayuna High School is a secondary school in Niskayuna, New York, noted for its academics and athletics.

In 2006, Newsweek's annually "America's Best High Schools" ranking rated Niskayuna High School as the 792nd best High School in the United States, with an index (total Advanced Placement Exams taken in 2005 divided by total number of graduating seniors) of 1.260.[1] Niskayuna High School was a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 1983.
For the Class of 2005, 94% of all graduating seniors attended college after graduating from Niskayuna.[2]

Niskayuna competes as a Class AA school in Section II of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association. The Silver Warriors represent Niskayuna schools on the playing fields. The Niskayuna Athletics Program believes that participation in sports provides a wealth of opportunities and experiences that assist students in their education.

- Jeff Blatnick, a wrestler who won a gold medal in the 1984 Summer Olympics and is currently a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum.[3]
- André Davis, a current wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL.
- Henry Tepper, the current New York State Nature Conservancy director.
