Nimblefoot

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nimblefoot a character featured within the famed ancient Chinese novel Investiture of the Gods (more commonly known as Fengshen Yanyi). Nimblefoot is a renowned general that had loyally served under Ji Chang (now better known as King Wen) of Mount Singing Phoenix. Nimblefoot generally seems to be more of an aggressive individual, and will rush to rather impulsive conclusions at times. Following the death of Ji Chang's first son, Bo Yi Kao, Nimblefoot would swear eternal revenge against King Zhou. Due to Nimblefoot's continuous lust to attack Morning Song at any possible moment, Easy Life would develop a negative liking towards him. Following King Wen's attack upon Tiger Town, the capital of Tiger Duke, Nimblefoot would be the first to charge the gates of the capital. Once General Huang Yuanji stood before Nimblefoot, Nimblefoot would loudly exert the words, "Huang Yuanji, you small potato, get out of my way! I only want to fight the real Tiger Duke himself!" With these words, Nimblefoot, with his great knife, would cut Huang Yuanji down with relative ease. Later on following General Cassia's attack upon Phoenix City during the Yellow Flying Tiger retrieval arc, Nimblefoot would duel it out against Vanguard Gale Woods. After defeating Woods with great ease, he would be captured by his magic technique; only later due to Nezha's assistance would he be saved.
