Was Rutgers University Libraries really that necessary that you couldn't incorporate those three sentences under the Rutgers University article? As much as I love Rutgers, this is just fluff, and I'll have to recommend this for deletion. —ExplorerCDT 20:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
