Hi, I've recently joined Wikipedia but I'm a long time satisfied consumer. I think Wikipedia is the best encyclopedia ever written and it's getting better constantly.
My fields of interest primarily concern Middle Eastern history, European history and military history, especially of pre-modern time (although I also read a lot about wars in modern age).
At first I'm going to focus my efforts at improving some weapon stubs and then move on too more complex subjects.
My favorite topics concern the Euro-Asian Steppe horse archers (hence the picture to your right). Nevertheless I have a keen interest in all other themes of ancient and medieval warfare.
Hope to meet fellow military history buffs. Nik Sage (talk/contrib)
