I don't understand -- why does this single lens merit its own article? Hoary 08:09, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)
[edit] No manual mode?
From the article: "As this is one of Nikon's "G" range lenses, it has no aperture ring. As such there are no Aperture Priority or Manual Modes available with this lens on older bodies such as the Nikon N90s. They do work fully with these cameras in Shutter Priority or Program mode."
I have this lens mounted on an N65, which I would assume is older than the Nikon N90s, and manual mode definitely works. Armedblowfish (talk|mail|contribs) 23:15, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
