Nikola Milošević (politician)

Nikola Milošević, PhD (born April 12, 1929 in Sarajevo, Kingdom of Yugoslavia – died January 23, 2007 in Belgrade, Serbia) was a Serbian academic and politician.
He was one of the founders of the Democratic Party in Serbia in December 1989. He was also the founder of the Serbian Liberal Party which split away from the Democratic Party towards the end of 1990. He had been the president of the Serbian Liberal Party since its foundation and was elected the only Serbian Liberal Party Member of Parliament of Serbia in 2003 on the list of the Democratic Party of Serbia. Nikola Milošević was the full time professor of history of literature at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philology, as well as a full member of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.[1]
