Nikki Osborne (born 19 July 1981) is a professionally trained actress and has featured in the films Ned, and The Mystery of Natalie Wood. In 2004 she featured in Australian TV mini-series, Jessica.

Nikki Osborne is currently one of five hosts for the Australian late-night game show Quizmania, which airs from Monday to Wednesday at 12:00-3:00am AET or 12:00-4:00am AET Friday & Saturday (may be delayed in some states of Australia, and is shown from 12:00am in every state but finishes at different times. Eg. Tues, VIC 12:00am-3:00am | SA 12:00am 2:30am)(Western Australia and the Northern Territory do not receive Quizmania during Australia Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on the Nine Network.

Nikki was featured in the January 2007 edition of Ralph magazine, in part due to a large grassroots movement by fans on the internet.

Nikki has also been nominated by FHM.com as one of Australia's hottest babes.
