Nikiforos Fokas (Greek: Νικηφόρος Φωκάς) is a municipality in the Rethymno Prefecture, Crete, Greece, named after the 10th century Byzantine Emperor Nikephoros II. Population 6,599 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Gonia.
